dc.description.abstractEl gerente del Instituto del Sistema Nervioso Del Oriente, ISNOR S.A, interesado en cumplir con la normatividad vigente en lo correspondiente al diligenciamiento de la Historia Clínica nos plantea la realización de una auditoria a las mismas. Durante el año 2007 se instauró el programa de historia clínica sistematizada, dejando la historia manual solo para los casos de fallo del sistema de información. Por este motivo se considera necesario realizar un diagnóstico actualizado del diligenciamiento de la historia clínica sistematizada para poder instaurar los correctivos pertinentes. La auditoría de las historias clínicas manuales las realizaba el departamento de calidad, teniendo en cuenta los criterios establecidos por la institución. De allí su interés de continuar esta labor con el nuevo sistema de información de diligenciamiento de las historias clínicas.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe manager of the Eastern Nervous System Institute, ISNOR S.A, interested in complying with the current regulations regarding the completion of the Clinical History, proposes an audit of them. During 2007, the systematized clinical history program was established, leaving the manual history only for cases of failure of the information system. For this reason, it is considered necessary to carry out an updated diagnosis of the completion of the systematized clinical history in order to establish the pertinent corrective measures. The audit of the manual medical records was carried out by the quality department, taking into account the criteria established by the institution. Hence their interest in continuing this work with the new information system for completing medical records.spa
