dc.description.abstractEl Rector de la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, en uso de sus atribuciones estatutarias y reglamentarias y, CONSIDERANDO 1. Que en el Reglamento Estudiantil de Pregrado la UNAB declaró que reconocería y destacaría el buen desempeño académico de sus estudiantes. 2. Que una forma de destacar ese desempeño son las distinciones mencionadas en el artículo 89 del Reglamento Estudiantil de Pregrado. 3. Que dichas distinciones cuentan con unos requisitos que deben concurrir para que el Consejo Académico apruebe su otorgamiento. 4. Que se hace necesario reglamentar la forma en que operan la comprobación de dichos requisitos. 5. Que el artículo 143 del Reglamento Estudiantil de Pregrado establece que “Toda norma del presente reglamento que necesite desarrollo requiere aprobación del Consejo Académico y resolución expedida por el Rector de la UNAB”. 6. Que el Consejo Académico mediante Acta 1011 del 18 de diciembre de 2020 ha aprobado el desarrollo mediante Resolución Rectoral del artículo 89 del Reglamento Estudiantil de Pregrado sobre distinciones académicas.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Rector of the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, in use of his statutory and regulatory powers and, CONSIDERING 1. That in the Undergraduate Student Regulations the UNAB declared that it would recognize and highlight the good academic performance of its students. 2. That one way to highlight this performance are the distinctions mentioned in article 89 of the Undergraduate Student Regulations. 3. That these distinctions have certain requirements that must be met in order for the Academic Council to approve their award. 4. That it is necessary to regulate the way in which the verification of said requirements operates. 5. That article 143 of the Undergraduate Student Regulations establishes that "Any norm of this regulation that needs development requires approval from the Academic Council and a resolution issued by the Rector of UNAB." 6. That the Academic Council through Act 1011 of December 18, 2020 has approved the development by means of Rectoral Resolution of article 89 of the Undergraduate Student Regulations on academic distinctions.spa
