dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo, el cual es un requisito parcial para optar el título de TECNOLOGA EN EDUCACION PRE-ESCOLAR, es un estudio realizado con base en la institución en donde realicé la práctica administrativa. Este, ha sido elaborado tomando en cuenta los puntos principales de todas y cada una de las áreas que forman parte de la institución denominada "HOGAR INFANTIL BAMBI". El Hogar Infantil Bambi, está regido en su mayor parte por el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, que tan acertadamente ha creado instituciones como ésta, que tienen el fin primordial de prestar atención, orientación y ayuda a los menores de siete años, procurando así solventar en parte los problemas económicos, morales y sociales que aquejan a la comunidad de escasos recursos y, ayudar al mejor desarrollo integral del niño. Este estudio, pude realizarlo, gracias a la buena voluntad y apoyo de la señorita HELEN MUÑOZ PARDO, actual directora del hogar infantil y, a la colaboración del resto de personal que forma parte de dicha institución y del personal del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work, which is a partial requirement to obtain the title of TECHNOLOGY IN PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION, is a study carried out based on the institution where I carried out the administrative practice. This has been prepared taking into account the main points of each and every one of the areas that are part of the institution called "HOGAR INFANTIL BAMBI". The Bambi Children's Home is governed for the most part by the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare, which has so rightly created institutions like this one, which have the primary purpose of providing care, guidance and help to children under seven years of age, thus trying to solve in part the economic, moral and social problems that afflict the community with limited resources and, help the best comprehensive development of the child. I was able to carry out this study, thanks to the good will and support of Miss HELEN MUÑOZ PARDO, current director of the children's home, and the collaboration of the rest of the staff that is part of said institution and the staff of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare.spa
