En este artÍculo se presentan la experiencia del Servicio de GastroenterologÍa, Unidad de EndoscopÍa Digestiva, Hospital de Niños "Sor MarÍa Ludovica " de La Plata, Argentina, asÍ como una revisión global de los aspectos terapéuticos relacionados con la atención de los niños que aquejan esta enfermedad.
