dc.description.abstractTeniendo presente que la modalidad de delitos informáticos es tan amplia, el propósito de este artículo es identificar el nexo lógico en el tipo penal de violación de datos personales, art 269F del código penal colombiano. En el escrito se establecerán las características del tipo penal de violación de datos, identificando los elementos esenciales del tipo, igualmente se determinará el concepto de nexo lógico en los delitos informáticos, para finalmente establecer la imputación del nexo lógico del delito de violación de datos personales.spa
