dc.description.abstractLa presente monografía sobre la nueva ley agraria, tiene por objeto, demostrar que el desarrollo legal de la constitución es consecuente con el nuevo modelo de desarrollo económico que se consagró en la norma de normas en vigencia, además que dicha reforma es un imperativo de las agencias internacionales de crédito, así como un propósito de conjurar un problema más grave de violencia en el campo colombiano. Por eso, el orden del trabajo impone un tratamiento prioritario a la historia de los conflictos agrarios, en especial en ciertas etapas nodales de la historia constitucional, como fue la reforma constitucional de 1936 y la reforma constitucional de 1991, ambas frutos de una tregua en la larga lucha de los campesinos en su contradicción con los grandes terratenientes cuyos orígenes encontramos en el inicio de la república.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this monograph on the new agrarian law is to demonstrate that the legal development of the constitution is consistent with the new model of economic development that was enshrined in the regulations in force, and that said reform is an imperative of the international credit agencies, as well as a purpose to avert a more serious problem of violence in the Colombian countryside. For this reason, the order of work imposes priority treatment on the history of agrarian conflicts, especially in certain nodal stages of constitutional history, such as the constitutional reform of 1936 and the constitutional reform of 1991, both fruits of a truce in the long struggle of the peasants in their contradiction with the large landowners whose origins are found in the beginning of the republic.spa
