| dc.description.abstract | En Colombia hablar de inversión extranjera en la mayoría de los casos es sinónimo de inconvenientes en parte debido al caos de gobernabilidad de este país traducido en anarquía regional y de otro lado el “chauvinismo” trasnochado de quienes buscan la independencia en la mediocridad del subdesarrollo, no obstante lo anterior, la inversión extranjera se ha fortalecido a tal punto que es posible considerarla desde dos aspectos, en primer lugar la inversión extranjera productiva y en segundo lugar la inversión extranjera de portafolio. | spa |
