dc.description.abstractSe desarrolló un prototipo de plataforma web educativa para la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga (UNAB), destinada a fortalecer los conocimientos previos de estudiantes de Ingeniería de Sistemas. La plataforma ofrece cursos complementarios, herramientas interactivas y un sistema de evaluación con quizzes e insignias para certificar aprendizajes. Se emplearon metodologías ágiles (Kanban) y buenas prácticas de desarrollo (TDD, CMMI), asegurando calidad y seguridad (OWASP Top 10). El diseño priorizó la usabilidad (UI/UX) y la accesibilidad, mientras que el marco teórico integró teorías pedagógicas como el constructivismo social y la gamificación. Se cumplieron todas las fases: análisis de requerimientos, diseño, desarrollo (front-end y back-end), pruebas de usabilidad y lanzamiento piloto. El proyecto, alineado con normativas legales (protección de datos, derechos de autor), demostró ser una solución viable para reducir brechas académicas mediante recursos digitales flexibles.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishA prototype of an educational web platform was developed for the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga (UNAB), aimed at strengthening the prior knowledge of Systems Engineering students. The platform offers complementary courses, interactive tools, and an assessment system with quizzes and badges to certify learning. Agile methodologies (Kanban) and development best practices (TDD, CMMI) were used, ensuring quality and security (OWASP Top 10). The design prioritized usability (UI/UX) and accessibility, while the theoretical framework integrated pedagogical theories such as social constructivism and gamification. All phases were completed: requirements analysis, design, development (front-end and back-end), usability testing, and pilot launch. The project, aligned with legal regulations (data protection, copyright), proved to be a viable solution to reduce academic gaps through flexible digital resources.spa
