Los que ha tenido tiempo de contarlas nos recuerdan que el siglo XIX. después de los 14 años de la guerra de independencia que concluyó con la batalla de Ayacucho en 1824, durante el resto del siglo de libraron 8 guerras civiles generales, 14 guerras civiles locales, 2 guerras internaciones con Ecuador, 3 golpes de cuartel. No por azar la centuria termina con la última del siglo XIX y la primera del siglo XX. | spa |
