dc.description.abstractSe presenta el caso de un niño con una forma multisistémica de histiocitosis de células de Langerhans, con compriso pulmonar avanzado, en quien las lesiones cutáneas llevaron a sospechar la enfermedad y a confirmar el diagnóstico mediante una biopsia del cuero cabelludo . dc.description.abstractenglishWe present the case of a child with a multisystemic form of Langerhans cell histiocytosis, with advanced lung compression, in whom the skin lesions led to suspicion of the disease and confirmation of the diagnosis through a scalp biopsy.
