| dc.description.abstract | Es una innovación en nuestro derecho que los herederos y el cónyuge sobreviviente, cuando concurra, siempre y cuando sean capaces y procedan de común acuerdo, por medio de apoderado o apoderados, abogados, puedan liquidar “ante notario las sucesiones de cualquier cuantía”. Dice también el artículo 10 del proyecto, que el Notario competente es el del “Último domicilio del difunto en el territorio nacional, y si a su muerte tenía varios el del asiento principal”. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | It is an innovation in our law that the heirs and the surviving spouse, when present, provided they are capable and proceed by mutual agreement, through a representative or representatives, lawyers, can liquidate “before a notary the successions of any amount”.
