dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto se desarrolla como tesis de grado para optar el título de Especialistas en Necesidades Educativas Especiales. Es una investigación cualitativa que tiene como objetivo el diseño y ejecución de una experiencia para promover el trato afectivo en la relación docente alumno. La elaboración de una propuesta metodológica basada en talleres como vía para contribuir al desarrollo del trato afectivo en la interacción docente alumno en el Instituto Gabriela Mistral de Floridablanca, se convierte en esencia de esta investigación. A partir de una amplia consulta bibliográfica se elabora la fundamentación teórica del problema estudiado, se definen un conjunto de condiciones y sus correspondientes indicadores, que contribuyen al desarrollo del trato afectivo en la interacción docente alumno. La exploración de la realidad permitió caracterizar las particularidades del trato afectivo en la institución investigada.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project is developed as a degree thesis to qualify for the title of Specialists in Special Educational Needs. It is a qualitative research that aims to design and execute an experience to promote affective treatment in the teacher-student relationship. The development of a methodological proposal based on workshops as a way to contribute to the development of affective treatment in teacher-student interaction at the Gabriela Mistral Institute of Floridablanca, becomes the essence of this research. Based on an extensive bibliographic consultation, the theoretical foundation of the problem studied is developed, a set of conditions and their corresponding indicators are defined, which contribute to the development of affective treatment in teacher-student interaction. The exploration of reality allowed us to characterize the particularities of emotional treatment in the institution investigated.spa
