| dc.description.abstract | Con el presente artículo se busca analizar el Instituto Jurídico de la Sociedad Conyugal en Colombia que no ha tenido mayores cambios en su esencia misma, destacándose solamente la Ley 28 de 1.932 que, cambió el régimen de comunidad de bienes por el de participación en gananciales, además, le dio a la mujer la capacidad de administrar sus propios bienes y los bienes sociales, ubicándola en un plano de igualdad respecto al cónyuge en lo que se refiere a la administración del patrimonio de la Sociedad Conyugal. Dentro de las disposiciones que regulan la sociedad conyugal, se encuentra el artículo 1.830 del Código Civil que consagra la distribución por mitad entre los cónyuges del activo líquido social. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This article seeks to analyze the Legal Institute of Marital Society in Colombia, which has not undergone major changes in its very essence, highlighting only Law 28 of 1932, which changed the regime of community of property to that of participation in joint property. It also gave women the ability to manage their own assets and the social assets, placing them on an equal footing with their spouses regarding the administration of the assets of the Marital Society. Among the provisions that regulate marital society is Article 1,830 of the Civil Code, which establishes the distribution in half between the spouses of the company's net assets. | spa |
