dc.description.abstractCreada la obligación a cargo del deudor, lo que supone un vínculo jurídico con el acreedor, por regla general el deudor debe cumplirle la prestación a su acreedor inicial o primitivo. Eso es lo que ocurre en la gran mayoría de las veces donde los sujetos negociales permanecen atados hasta el cumplimiento; sin embargo como ese crédito es un derecho personal, que tiene la categoría de cosa mueble pues ingresa al patrimonio del acreedor; por eso es que ese crédito se puede embargar.spa

That is what happens in the great majority of the times where the business subjects remain tied until compliance; however, as this credit is a personal right, which has the category of movable thing since it enters the creditor's patrimony; that is why that credit can be seized.spa
